Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

The meeting was called to order by Bev Casey at 8:45 am.

• December meeting minutes approved by all.
• Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $2765.04. Dues received - $70.00. Rotary Christmas fund contribution - $735.00. Christmas project payment to RYSC - $700.00 Also reported, there has never been an audit of the HSC bank account. Carole Fingerson has assembled an audit board and will report results in the near future.
• Joint Chambers Olympia Trip – we still don’t have a rep to attend (February 13/14). A copy of the suggested changes to our Legislative Input was distributed. Changes recommendations are solicited.
• Discussion – Terms of Office for Officers. It was moved, seconded and approved by all that an “elect” position be created for each officer position. The Executive Committee will make appropriate changes to the bylaws and present changes for approval at the February meeting.
• Review 211 status – Ronda Evans.
