Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

The meeting was called to order by Bev Casey at 8:40 am.

Business.

• September meeting minutes approved by all.
• Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $2046.98. There were no transactions. Ending balance - $2046.98.
• Membership dues – Carole Fingerson presented a summary why the dues should be raised from $25.00 to $35.00. Motion made and seconded. Approved by all.
• By-Laws – Rick Guerra read Articles II, IV, V, VI.
• Event Calendar – Bev Casey gave a review of activity on the calendar and encouraged all members to post their activities – see www.tchsc.org.
• E-mail use – Bruce McComb encouraged members to forward notices of interest to info@tchsc.org for distribution to the membership.
• Christmas program – Melanie Ogryzek presented this years Christmas gift project. An e-mail on the project was sent out earlier. Referrals must be in by October 22. Questions? Call Melanie or Andrea Sharp at 546-0180.
• January meeting will be on January 8, 2003.
