Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

The meeting was called to order by Bev Casey at 8:35 am.

Business.

• June meeting minutes approved by all.
• Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $2046.98. There were no transactions. Ending balance - $2046.98.
• Membership dues – Tabled until next meeting. Executive committee will present budget rough and recommendation for any dues change.
• New meeting format - we will eliminate announcements at end of meeting. Brochures may be placed on the brochure table and maintained by Carole Fingerson. Announcements may be sent to the secretary (bmccomb@tcfn.org) at any time for e-mail distribution to the membership.
• By-Laws – Rick Guerra read Articles I, II, IV.
• Event Calendar – Bruce McComb explained use of HSC online calendar that can be used for announcements, staff meetings, etc…
