Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

March meeting minutes approved by all.

Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $2270.03. Income - $69.95 [Membership - $50.00, Bank returned overcharge for checking fee - $19.95], Expenses - $18.00 [Recognition awards]. Ending balance - $2321.98.

The information table was implemented - agencies are reminded to bring their brochures and flyers to the meetings.

Retreat notes and minutes were distributed by e-mail. Members are asked to think about a vision statement and submit ideas to at regular meetings.
