Business.
January meeting minutes approved by all.
Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $2734.98. Income – $25.00 (Membership), Expenses - $35.00 (Executive Committee Meeting). Ending balance - $2724.98.
Tridec Membership: General discussion about benefits of membership. Also discussed benefits of Tri-City Area Chamber of Commerce. Motion made, seconded, and approved by all to renew the TRIDEC membership and join the TCACC.
HSC Membership Dues Increase. Deferred until after the March Retreat.
Legislative Input: Reviewed last year’s input. Will refine written input during March Retreat.
March Retreat: Planned for March 28 with Dick Mayer. Salvation Army will host – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Lunch will be $6.50. Details to be promulgated by e-mail and web site. Motion was made, seconded, and passed by all to allot $300.00 for Dick Mayer’s facilitation fee (normal fee is $2,000.00).
