Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

In attendance: Craig Pearsol (Adult Day Services), Ed Frost (Ben Franklin Transit), Carol Miller (B/F Health Department), Louise Gustafson (B-F Juvenile Justice Center), Carrie Bayha (Columbia Industries), Jonnie Rajala (Div of Children & Family Services), Nita Sullivan (FARE), Denine Houchins (Goodwill Employment), Judy Schenk (Health & Safety Networks), Misty Lawrence (Lourdes Health Network), Laurie Schoffstall (Lutheran Social Services), Bruce McComb (RECA Foundation), Melanie Ogryzek (RYSC Americorps), Carole Fingerson (Neurological Center), Roger Krebs (Tri-City Residential Center), Debbie Barham (United Way), Tami Nida-Arntzen (Volunteer Center), Debbie Harris.

The meeting was called to order by Denine Houchins at 8:35 am.

Introductions.

Program.

• Kris Marsh - Citizens for Public Transportation, and Ed Frost - Ben Franklin Transit. Transit Sales Tax ballot issue (May 15).

Business.

• March meeting minutes approved by all.
• Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $5539.15. Income - 226.00 (Member renewals and Christmas Program). Expenses - 1746.26 (Christmas Project). Ending balance - $4018.89.

General Business.

• Motion made to financially support the Citizens for Public Transportation. Seconded. Amended to make the amount $500.00. Unanimously approved.
• Roger Krebs provided a summary of legislative budget process.
