Officers: Roger Krebs (Residential Services) Chair, Coleen Drinkard (Volunteer Center) Chair Elect, Jeri Strange (YMCA) Vice Chair, Bruce McComb (RECA Foundation) Secretary, Juli Davis (Chinook Campfire) Treasurer.

Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

In attendance: Dottie Walton-Lugland (American Cancer Society), Ed Frost (B/F Transit), Denine Houchins (Goodwill Employment), Laurie Schoffstall (Lutheran Social Services), Bruce McComb (RECA Foundation), Bob Peters (RECA Foundation), Carole Fingerson (The Neurological Center), Roger Krebs (Tri-City Residential Center), Coleen Drinkard (Volunteer Center), Jeri Strange (YMCA).

The meeting was called to order by Roger Krebs at 8:35 am.

• Legislative Review - Elections next week. Please vote.
• Election of Officers. Chairperson – Coleen Drinkard, Chair Elect - Denine Houchins, Secretary – Bruce McComb, Treasurer – Julie Davis. Moved and seconded to close nominations. Officers nominated elected unanimously.
• Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $4221.15. Income - $325.00 (Membership Renewals). Expenses $0.00. Ending Balance - $4546.15.
• October meeting minutes approved by all.
• Christmas Project. RYSC Americorps will be the lead. Motion to allocate up to $500.00 for RYSC's coordination. Seconded and approved by all. Motion amended to allow Executive Committee to approved additional funding if required.
• December Meeting Agenda – Bill Martin, TRIDEC. Christmas Project follow up. Elections review.
