Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

Business.

Minutes for April, 2000 approved by all.

Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $4245.15. No new activity.

Revised Human Services Coalition By-Laws approved by all. The new by-laws are effective immediately.

Summer break - Will meet in June, break during July and August, meet again in September. The June meeting will include a presentation by Roger Krebs on his presentation to Leadership Tri-Cities.
