Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 8:30 - 10:00 am, United Way Building.

The meeting was called to order by Roger Krebs at 8:30 am.

Minutes for February, 2000 approved by all.
Treasurer's Report: Beginning balance - $4155.15. Income - $50.00. New balance - $4205.15
Review of bylaws changes. A draft will be distributed before the next meeting.
Leadership Tri-Cities (LTC) presentation. Roger Krebs will represent the HSC at this month’s LTC program on human and social services. Provide input to Roger.
Roger will provide summary of his presentation at the April meeting.
Issues Focus? What else do we, as an organization need to focus on? Elections are coming up as well as the state budget. Get your concerns and ideas to Roger. Also need more community outreach to recruit new members.
