HSC Status Update

Sally reports that we do exist - officially. Our Annual Report needs to be filed by the end of September to maintain our Washington State Non-Profit status.

 

 

 

 

 

 

MEETING MINUTES

August 5, 1998

Officers: Sally Butler (Planned Parenthood of Central Wa) Chair, (Vacant) Chair Elect, Jeri Strange (YMCA) Vice Chair, Bruce McComb (RECA Foundation) Secretary, Susan Thornton (League of Women Voters) Treasurer.

Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 9:00am - 10:30am, United Way Building. September meetings will be at Greater Columbia Behavioral Health.

The meeting was called to order by Sally Butler at 9:00am.

June 3, 1998 minutes were approved by all.

Treasurer’s Report : Beginning Balance - $2726.96; Memberships - $710.00; Expenses - $50.31, Balance - $3386.65

Old Business: Sally/Bruce to call Secretary of State to ascertain HSC's non-profit status.

New Business: A Christmas Committee is being formed to plan for a December event.
