Membership Renewal/Recruitment
Renewal notices were mailed in June. About 50% have renewed thus far. Bring a friend! Know someone who might benefit from HSC membership? Ask them to join us at a meeting consider former membership.
PPCW fund raiser
Planned Parenthood of Central Washington's 6th annual fund-raiser/silent auction and BBQ will be held Sept 13. Anyone who can donate auction items or services please contact Sally at 783-5059.
Erickson Abilities Center

The "old timers" remember it. All new members used to receive one. Should it be revived? If so in what format - hard copy, WWW, both …. Let's discuss at the next meeting. Bring your thoughts and ideas.

June 3, 1998
Officers: Sally Butler (Planned Parenthood of Central Wa) Chair, (Vacant) Chair Elect, Jeri Strange (YMCA) Vice Chair, Bruce McComb (RECA Foundation) Secretary, Susan Thornton (League of Women Voters) Treasurer.
Meetings: Normally the first Wednesday of each month, 9:00am - 10:30am, United Way Building. August & September meetings will be at Greater Columbia Behavioral Health.
In attendance: Dottie Walton-Luglan (American Cancer Society), Sandy Owen (B/F Health Dept), Susan Shay-Johnson (B/F Health Dept), Mary Hoffman (B/F Juvenile Justice Center), Sylvia Bakan (Div. of Children & Family Svcs), Patti Benton (ECEAP), Debi Yadao (Kennewick Housing Authority), Susan Thornton (League of Women Voters), Sally Butler (Planned Parenthood), Valli Ross (Planned Parenthood), Bruce McComb (RECA Foundation), Melanie Ogryzek (RYSC), Carole Fingerson (The Neurological Center), Brenda Draper (Tri-Cities Cancer Center), Jeri Strange (YMCA).
The meeting was called to order by Sally Butler at 9:00am.
May 6, 1998 minutes were approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report : Beginning Balance - $2757.61; Expenses - $30.65; Balance - $2726.96.

New Business: Membership renewals will be mailed in June.
