The Human Services Coalition normally meets the first Wednesday of each month in the United Way Building (401 N. Young, Kennewick). The meetings run from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Our mission statement:

The meeting was called to order by Lara Bartol at 9:00am.
April 1, 1998 minutes were approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report : Beginning Balance - $2757.61; Income - $0.0; Balance - $2757.61.
Old Business: A letter from the CBC Women's Resource Center was received thanking the HSC for supporting the "Don't Quit Workshop".
New Business: Approved by all - a support letter to the County Commissioners for the Dispute Resolution Center.
Washington Welfare Coalition presented "Reality Check Project" survey.
