The Human Services Coalition normally meets the first Wednesday of each month in the United Way Building (401 N. Young, Kennewick). The meetings run from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Our mission statement:

Thanks to all for your letters of support. We even have a lead on a building in Pasco. The RECA Foundation has submitted the grant to some large grant makers for the phase II funding and will apply locally for the phase I funding this week See www.tcfn.org for details.

March 4, 1998 minutes were approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report : Beginning Balance - $3507.61; Income - $750.00; Balance - $2757.61.
Old Business: A check for $750.00 issued in support of the CBC Women's Resource Center's "Don't Quit Workshop".
